My laboratory studies cell division, cell biology of the nucleus, how cell division errors drive genetic instability and the mechanisms driving rapid evolution of cancer genomes. We have ongoing projects on how mitosis alters the mechanism and fidelity of DNA replication and repair that will be discussed at the meeting.
